White Gate Consulting Delivers End-to-End SAP Digital Transformation for Spark Minda Vietnam—On Time and Within Budget
White Gate Consulting (WGC) has successfully completed an end-to-end SAP digital transformation programme for Spark Minda’s Vietnam operations, delivering the project on time and within the approved budget.
Spark Minda, a Fortune 500 organisation and one of the fastest-growing automotive OEMs, partnered with WGC to establish a scalable, integrated SAP platform that supports operational excellence, stronger governance and sustainable business growth in Vietnam.
The SAP transformation covered critical enterprise functions including SAP Finance (FI), Procurement and Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), inventory management and supply-chain processes. The programme enabled Spark Minda Vietnam to standardise core processes, improve real-time business visibility, strengthen financial and operational controls, and align local operations more closely with group-wide SAP standards.
From solution design and SAP configuration through integration, data migration, testing, user training, cutover and go-live, WGC led the programme with disciplined project governance and a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.
