White Gate Consulting Successfully Completes SAP Transformation for Spark Minda Vietnam

White Gate Consulting (WGC) has successfully completed the SAP transformation programme for Spark Minda’s Vietnam operations, delivering the project on time and within the approved budget.

The programme established an integrated SAP platform across core finance, procurement, production, inventory, and supply-chain processes—enabling Spark Minda Vietnam to operate with stronger process control, improved visibility, and closer alignment with group standards.

Working in close partnership with Spark Minda’s business and technology teams, WGC managed the transformation from design through deployment, testing, user readiness, and go-live. The project reflects WGC’s capability to deliver complex SAP programmes with disciplined governance, local operational understanding, and a clear focus on business outcomes.
